✨ About The Role
- Deliver advanced product demos and showcase the potential of Alloy Embedded to customers
- Collect requirements for proof of concept and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and assist in closing deals
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and help customers utilize all of Alloy's features effectively
- Act as a liaison between customers, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering teams to drive new product ideas and feature development
- Share knowledge across the team to refine and improve features and create a deep feedback loop
⚡ Requirements
- Several years of solutions engineering experience in a similar role in SaaS, with bonus points for being an early hire, especially in commerce SaaS or iPaaS
- Ability to build logical workflows, work through requests related to third party APIs, and understand computer science principles
- Comfortable with frontend JavaScript, backend Node, and implementing/debugging SDKs
- Enjoy problem-solving and detective work, finding solutions to complex issues
- Strong customer and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
