- The HR Generalist will focus on the initial stages of the employee life cycle, from offer letter generation to pre-onboarding and through the first 90 days of employment. - This role involves preparing and distributing offer letters while ensuring compliance with country/state-specific regulations. - The HR Generalist will deliver a positive onboarding experience and actively participate in new hire initiatives and projects. - Regular follow-ups with new hires and their managers will be conducted to ensure a smooth transition and adequate support. - The position requires maintaining accurate new hire and job requisition reports and updating management on onboarding progress.

- The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience as an HR coordinator or generalist, with a strong emphasis on building relationships. - A successful candidate will have proven experience managing and supporting onboarding processes, particularly in a remote or distributed work environment. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role, as the HR Generalist will oversee the onboarding process from offer acceptance to the 90-day mark. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster positive employee relations and provide exceptional internal customer service. - The candidate should be able to handle confidential information with integrity and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
