✨ About The Role
- Responsible for designing and maintaining high-level documentation on frontend architecture, ensuring standardization and scalability across the engineering team
- Collaboratively curate frontend standards and guidelines, creating a migration plan for adoption and ensuring adherence through code reviews
- Participate in engineering discussions, mentor others on best practices, and identify areas for optimization to improve application performance
- Evaluate new frameworks and tools, set technical direction, and drive standardization efforts within the organization
- Evangelize technical work, sharing proposed changes and success metrics in large meetings to drive adoption and success metrics
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced frontend engineer with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, focusing on building scalable systems and infrastructure for product development
- Strong technical leadership skills, able to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and drive technical decisions
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand developer experience problems and provide solutions
- Up-to-date with current and emerging trends in web application development, able to evaluate new frameworks and tools for technical direction
