✨ About The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact between existing clients and AON3D, managing specific client accounts
- Act as a liaison with engineering, software, sales, procurement, and accounting teams
- Provide level 1 customer support through calls or ticket management tools, including basic machine operation information, technical issue resolution, and sales and order management
- Handle on-site visits to clients occasionally, mainly in Canada and the United States
- Opportunity for hybrid work schedule
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in electromechanical systems with a technical or university-level education in the field
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients
- Previous professional experience in a technical environment, with a customer-oriented role
- Knowledge of 3D printing and additive manufacturing, especially in FFF/MEX/FDM processes, is a plus
- Expertise in troubleshooting electromechanical systems is advantageous
