- Achieving a conversion rate of over 10% from connected calls to appointments booked is a key performance indicator for this role.
- You will participate in training and development by completing assigned training modules and attending coaching sessions with the Sales Development Manager.
- Daily activities will include reviewing notes, planning call strategies, logging call statistics, and collaborating with team members to discuss strategies and share insights.
