- As an SDR Caller, you will be responsible for engaging prospects over the phone to set appointments that lead to successful sales outcomes. - The role requires making an average of 150 outbound dials per day while managing two clients simultaneously. - You will need to secure at least 13 appointments per month per client, aiming for a 70% hold rate for booked appointments. - The position involves optimizing call strategies to increase the number of connected calls beyond a 4% connect rate. - Achieving a conversion rate of over 10% from connected calls to appointments booked is a key performance indicator for this role. - You will participate in training and development by completing assigned training modules and attending coaching sessions with the Sales Development Manager. - Daily activities will include reviewing notes, planning call strategies, logging call statistics, and collaborating with team members to discuss strategies and share insights.
