✨ About The Role
- Responsible for configuring and maintaining all aspects of the HRIS, including troubleshooting, system configuration, integrations, testing, user training, and reporting
- Serve as a functional and technical People systems and data subject matter expert
- Manage People system enhancements, prioritize communication, and roll-out regulatory changes and new releases
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Actively participate in the implementation/integration of new People technology solutions, supporting business growth and employee success

- Experienced HRIS analyst with 4-6 years of progressive experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining HRIS and other People systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across functions
- Proficient in handling complex and confidential data from multiple sources
- Skilled in implementing and managing enterprise tools and integrations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to propose creative solutions
