✨ About The Role
- Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategy to meet qualified lead and revenue goals
- Own and manage multiple marketing channels, including Paid Social and Paid Search, to drive growth for the company
- Build and scale the growth marketing team, hiring contractors and agencies as needed to achieve marketing goals
- Develop full-funnel dashboards to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts, reporting on performance to the leadership team
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads that convert to opportunities

- Experienced marketer with 3-5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, B2SMB, or Prosumer industries
- Skilled in channel management, especially in Paid Social and Paid Search, with a track record of successful campaigns
- Ability to develop marketing strategies that prioritize the customer experience while achieving revenue goals
- Strong analytical skills to own KPIs, optimize marketing efforts, and report on performance to the leadership team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, with a strategic mindset and a willingness to be hands-on in building and executing marketing initiatives
