- Responsible for owning the end-to-end vision for the signup flow, running experiments, and developing personalized user journeys - Monitor and report on key events driving sign-ups, activation, upgrades, and high usage of the platform - Collaborate with GTM teams to meet and exceed business-critical growth goals and partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to launch and own expansion strategy - Develop and execute growth campaigns, optimize the self-service growth engine, and validate hypotheses through experiments - Own and track KPIs, presenting metrics weekly to demonstrate ROI

- Experienced marketing professional with a track record of driving growth and user acquisition in a product-led growth (PLG) company - Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business-critical growth goals - Detail-oriented individual with a passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to work autonomously - Previous experience working with technical and go-to-market teams, leveraging event data and BI tools for running experiments and reporting metrics
