⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 3-4 years in analytics, preferably at a data-driven product/technology company, who can gather requirements, build complex models, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Strong background in analytical frameworks and processes, with a passion for driving business outcomes at a high-growth startup
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical results and insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented individual comfortable working in a self-guided manner and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in SQL and BI platforms, with the ability to design and maintain core dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI
