✨ About The Role
- Oversee propulsion component and system level test plan definition, test equipment design & build, and testing
- Increase the level of automation used in propulsion testing
- Perform component and system level design, analysis, and trade studies for test equipment
- Develop and execute component and system level test plans
- Work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder and industry requirements are met, considering cost and schedule implications of testing

- Experienced propulsion engineer with a background in testing and qualifying propulsion systems for spacecraft
- Ability to design, build, and test hardware with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Strong understanding of industry and Range Safety standards and requirements
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years of industry experience
