- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. - The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience as a component reliability engineer or electrical engineer. - Experience in semiconductor physics, physics of failure, and accelerated testing is essential for this role. - The candidate should have a strong understanding of reliability assessments and HALT/HASS test profiles. - Proven experience in failure analysis and corrective action implementation will be crucial for success in this position.
