- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in hardware development, particularly in power systems.

- Experience in designing, building, and testing both analog and digital circuits is crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with kW level power electronics, including DC-DC and AC-DC conversion, is highly desirable.
- The candidate should possess mastery of electrical CAD tools, with a preference for Altium.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations will be beneficial for this position.
