✨ About The Role
- Responsible for integrating parts and systems into spacecraft, developing procedures to improve the build process, and designing ground support equipment
- Manage vehicle integration and test operations, conduct spacecraft integration build flow and test operations, and develop assembly and integration test plans and procedures
- Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration, handle non-conformances, and work hands-on with flight hardware at build, test, and launch sites
- Create and maintain detailed schedules, assist in recruiting additional teammates, and ensure mission success through accountability, integrity, and a strong team focus

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced mechanical engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing
- Strong background in developing test plans and procedures, as well as experience with electromechanical systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player who can work autonomously and in demanding design and integration campaigns
- Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with a passion for hardware development and a hands-on approach
