- Experienced engineer with a background in high-reliability product development, capable of working across various engineering disciplines to ensure quality and reliability
- Self-driven individual with the ability to work autonomously and build a reliability test program from scratch
- Skilled in problem-solving and creative thinking, able to identify and address complex issues with little supervision
- Strong communicator with the capability to produce executive-level reports and presentations
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience
