- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a similar technical field is essential for this role. - Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, design engineering, quality engineering, or supply chain engineering. - A solid understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing principles, including machining and assembly, is required. - Familiarity with supplier quality processes and tools, such as production part approval process and advanced product quality planning, is important. - The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasures.
