✨ About The Role
- Responsible for designing, fabricating, and implementing ground support equipment, fixtures, and tooling for spacecraft assembly, lifting, and handling
- Define vehicle integration flow, concepts, and tooling interfaces to ensure a clean and efficient build process
- Collaborate with design engineering and production teams to define fixture and tooling specifications and qualification plans
- Perform mechanical analysis for spacecraft fixtures and develop operation and maintenance plans for all test fixtures and tooling

- Experienced mechanical engineer with at least 3-4 years of relevant industry experience in designing and fabricating hardware for aerospace applications
- Proficient in 3D CAD software and hands-on experience with handling, lifting, or building large, complex assemblies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on hardware development
- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
