- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly in SQL and Excel, with the ability to conduct basic SQL assessments during the interview process
- Strong technical mindset to drive product and process improvements, breaking down complex problems into actionable steps for various teams
- Ability to understand the interconnectedness of different components to achieve desired outcomes, demonstrating extreme ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with a desire to contribute to creating a category-defining business
