✨ About The Role
- Lead the design and implementation of firmware for the Strongline product line, focusing on safety for healthcare workers
- Take ownership of firmware development, including architecture, validation, manufacturing testing, and post-launch feature releases
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to expand the Strongline hardware suite and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Play a pivotal role in developing and refining firmware for current and future products, ensuring the safety and well-being of healthcare professionals
- Drive the advancement of healthcare technology by working on cutting-edge products and directly impacting the efficiency and safety of healthcare workers

- Experienced firmware engineer with at least three years of hands-on experience in a production environment, specializing in C and C++ for MCU platforms
- Strong background in wireless systems, RTOS, and Embedded Linux, with a focus on firmware updates, production deployments, and product fail-safety
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving the development of firmware for innovative products
- Proficient in systems integration with various protocols and experienced in interpreting schematics and board files
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience
