✨ About The Role
- Responsible for launching all new products and features to new and existing customers through integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate across functions to develop effective product marketing strategies to drive customer adoption
- Write compelling messages across marketing channels to effectively communicate product changes, new features, and upcoming roadmap
- Work closely with post-sales channel managers to revamp onboarding communications and create retention lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Conduct ongoing buyer and customer research to build personas and analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in product marketing, customer insights, email marketing, and funnel optimization with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Skilled in developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive customer adoption of new features
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives based on data and user insights
- Proven track record of managing multiple product and feature launches successfully
- Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns, in-app video tutorials, and product marketing tools like Google Analytics
