✨ About The Role
- Responsible for prospecting, developing, managing sales pipeline, and closing customers onto the Airtable Platform
- Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all industries
- Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, coordinating resources throughout the process
- Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable, prioritizing opportunities and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound email efficiently
- Forecast performance against sales targets with a high degree of accuracy using a combination of bottoms up deal by deal commits and top down territory analysis

- Experienced SaaS sales professional with a track record of overachieving quota and closing 6-figure ARR deals in a competitive market
- Ability to develop and deepen relationships with C-level stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present to and influence executive decision makers
- Passionate about the company's mission and able to consult customers on the value of the product throughout the sales cycle
- Resourceful problem solver who can understand and address the unique business needs of customers
