- The Growth Strategy & Operations Sr. Analyst will support a high-growth, fast-paced Sales and Customer Success organization.
- This role involves performing ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- The candidate will proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and structure projects to implement solutions.
- Developing reporting processes and systems to enhance seller performance and sales manager effectiveness is a key responsibility.
- The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to drive projects through to implementation and serving as a strategic thought partner to Sales Leadership.

- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles within a SaaS technology company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with deep quantitative analysis and financial modeling are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess the ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights for various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to facilitate key discussions and drive alignment among teams.
