Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Drive project execution for integrated campaigns, leading a cross-functional group to ensure campaigns are executed and adjusted in response to real-time business needs
Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including marketing, design, content, product, and sales teams
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary
Establish and manage operating rhythm for all cross-functional teams involved in standing up integrated campaign plans to review and introspect on whatβs working well vs not.
β‘ Requirements
Experienced program manager with at least 8 years in program management, preferably in a marketing or tech SaaS environment
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project execution for integrated campaigns
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Passionate about operational excellence, automation, and attention to detail
Excited about driving process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team efficiency
