- Lead the digital transformation journey and manage the timely delivery of initiatives for Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales teams
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Finance Ops to define capability-driven GTM roadmap aligned with business goals
- Develop effective and scalable solutions for complex business problems in Lead to Order processes
- Serve as the primary contact between business ops partners and technology team/vendors to ensure well-documented scope transformed into technical solutions
- Discover opportunities to optimize existing processes, improve user experience, and productivity through data analytics and machine learning solutions

- Experienced professional with 8-10 years of implementing complex CRM/CPQ initiatives, particularly in Salesforce and similar technologies
- Skilled in project management, agile methodologies, and driving strategic business initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Curious and growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts
