✨ About The Role
- The HBM Memory Applications Engineer will provide first-class customer support for custom silicon ASIC products integrating Broadcom's HBM PHY IP with HBM DRAM memory modules.
- This role involves direct interaction with Broadcom's ASIC customers during the design, bring-up, and debugging phases of their custom silicon products.
- The engineer will develop a detailed understanding of Broadcom's HBM IP and its performance at both the ASIC and system levels.
- Responsibilities include designing automated testing procedures and developing scripts to isolate and resolve HBM DRAM issues.
- The position requires some minimal travel to support customer engagements and product characterization efforts.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DDR memory system design and debugging, with at least 8 years of relevant experience for a BSEE or 6 years for an MSEE.
- A deep understanding of HBM memory and DRAM manufacturing test processes is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Ruby, C, C++, Perl, or Python are necessary for developing scripts and testing procedures.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is crucial for managing multiple technical issues simultaneously.
