- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering with significant industry experience.
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, particularly in Indium Phosphide production, is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to conduct data analysis and yield improvement.
- The candidate should be familiar with Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills are crucial for collaborating with operations teams and equipment technicians.
