- Joining the Customer Experience team as a Professional Services Consultant at CaptivateIQ
- Providing implementation and one-time services to customers to ensure optimal benefits from CaptivateIQ
- Understanding customer requirements, designing and building customized solutions, and training customers for successful project delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, product development, and support to ensure cohesive customer solutions
- Contributing to the development of training materials, documentation, and best practices to support team growth

- Experienced in consulting, finance, SPM implementation, and B2B SaaS with at least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets or database models
- Proven ability in project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable individual who is committed to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
