- The Auction Lot Operations Associate will coordinate vehicles for sale and ensure efficient operational flow.
- Daily responsibilities include checking vehicles being dropped off and completing initial vehicle stock-in.
- The role involves manually entering or scanning VINs and adding vehicle identifiers into the system.
- The associate will print and place appropriate windshield stickers on vehicles and provide check-in forms to the registration desk.
- The position requires walking the lot to ensure correct sticker placement and vehicle organization.
- The associate will communicate with operations and reconditioning teams to manage vehicle logistics.
- On sale days, the associate will assist with lane coordination and vehicle movement.
