- The Automotive Service Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the repair and servicing of vehicles in the service department.
- This role involves planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the flow of service work to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- The foreman will provide on-the-job assistance to technicians and review diagnostic results before major repairs begin.
- Regular meetings with Team Leaders and the Service Manager/Director are required to discuss shop production and administrative matters.
- The foreman must maintain contact with service customers and communicate any changes in repair timelines or additional repairs needed.

- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an automotive repair facility, demonstrating a solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively interacting with technicians and customers.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to operate an automobile safely and efficiently.
- Candidates with ASE certification will be preferred, showcasing their commitment to professional development in the automotive field.
- General mechanical skills are necessary to assist technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
