✨ About The Role
- The Service Loyalty Coordinator is responsible for making outbound service calls to customers.
- This role involves scheduling appointments for the Service Department and ensuring service consultants receive messages promptly.
- The coordinator will collect retail charges from customers and provide them with the proper change and/or receipts.
- Proper processing and documentation of charge purchases according to established policies is required.
- The coordinator will also file accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets in customer service files.

- The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training preferred.
- A minimum of 6-12 months of previous work experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing relationships with customers.
