âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with at least 4 years of experience in building complex web applications end-to-end
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails and/or React with a strong ability to work on all parts of the stack
- Excellent communication skills, low ego, and high empathy to collaborate effectively with team members
- Self-driven individual who can work autonomously and take ownership of product features from scoping to rollout
- Bonus points for experience with GraphQL, NextJS, DevOps, or Healthtech
