- Experienced software engineer with 2-4 years of professional development experience, particularly with Ruby on Rails and/or React - Strong communication skills, low ego, and high empathy to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Ability to work autonomously, drive work forward, and contribute to shaping the engineering team's culture - Desire to make an impact and contribute to building a new application that serves kids, parents, clinicians, school staff, and internal Daybreak staff - Bonus points for experience with GraphQL, NextJS, DevOps, or Healthtech
