- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of closing sales experience, particularly in the Nordic market.
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business is essential for success in this role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) is required to maintain accurate data on accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and one of the Nordic languages are necessary for effective client engagement.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and be willing to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
