- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of international HR experience in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in both Russian and English is essential for effective communication with employees in Eastern Europe and Western Asia. - Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify and resolve complex HR issues. - A data-driven mindset is important, as the candidate will be expected to improve response times and enhance employee experience. - Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom will be beneficial.
