- The role requires meticulous planning, validation, and testing of data transfers to prevent errors and minimize disruptions.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS Data Migration and at least 1 year in HRIS Implementation or Customer Success roles.
- A strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices is essential for success in this position.
- The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills to ensure the accuracy of large amounts of employee data.
