- The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver an optimal HRIS onboarding experience.
- Contributing to the internal development of HRIS migration processes and recommending improvements to standard operating procedures is expected.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS Data Migration and at least 1 year in HRIS Implementation or Customer Success roles.
- A strong background in analyzing large amounts of employee data is essential to ensure accuracy and data integrity for clients.
- The candidate should possess project management skills and be proactive in anticipating next steps during the migration process.
- High attention to detail is crucial for designing organized and effective system migration plans and schedules.
