- The role involves supporting global stakeholders and the Revenue Operations team with day-to-day operations.
- The candidate will manage user administration, assignments, permissions, data migrations, and processes in Salesforce and other systems.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for processes, procedures, and user education will be part of the responsibilities.
- The job includes managing Jira ticket requests and providing solutions that meet business SLAs.
- The candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive revenue.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce.com administration is essential, along with a required Salesforce Admin certification.
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools is important for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess demonstrated skills in process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively translate technical requirements to key stakeholders.
- Experience administering additional sales tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, and Gong is a plus.
