- The SDR, GLOBAL MOBILITY LATAM role involves driving Deel's growth through outbound prospecting efforts and generating sales leads - Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research, and qualifying leads - The role requires educating and developing leads through various prospecting methods like social media, video calls, and emails - The SDR will be responsible for identifying and understanding lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities, and handing off leads to Account Executives - Additional duties include generating email sequences, making cold calls, and conducting follow-up communications until meetings are set

- Experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling, with a strong growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit - Ability to write persuasive email copy and sequence campaigns that convert leads - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing situations - Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with internal and external teams to improve processes - Familiarity with using Google and resourceful in finding information
