✨ About The Role
- Leverage data to understand customers and funnel, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive revenue, customer growth, retention, and engagement
- Build internal solutions to automate business processes using custom frontends, Cloud applications, backend services, scripts, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to implement growth initiatives and lead engineering discussions
- Demonstrate cross-team collaboration, own the team's engineering needs, and write thoughtful documentation and unit tests
- Stay informed about user acquisition and engagement strategies, work on full stack development, and have experience with SaaS applications, Python, and/or Javascript

- Experienced Growth Engineer with a track record of designing and executing experiments to optimize key metrics like user acquisition and retention
- Strong data literacy skills, able to craft hypotheses, evaluate results, and extract valuable insights from user data
- Proficient in modern web technologies, testing frameworks, and analytics tools like Snowflake, Looker, Google Analytics, Heap, or Mixpanel
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to lead engineering discussions and work cross-functionally with product managers, data analysts, designers, and software engineers
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, pragmatic decision-making abilities, and a creative approach to solving business problems
