✨ About The Role
- Lead the Order Accuracy team at DoorDash, focusing on ensuring 100% accurate deliveries for all customers
- Manage a team of mobile, fullstack, and backend engineers to drive technical vision and strategy
- Collaborate with product, operations, and peer engineering teams to identify opportunities for improving delivery accuracy and overall audience experience
- Work on innovative solutions to reduce Missing & Incorrect items delivered metric, including implementing ML models and adopting new technologies
- Contribute to the overall quality of deliveries by DoorDash, guiding strategy for the Order Accuracy team and scaling the team by growing internal and attracting external talent
