✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy and execution to shape the success of merchants on the DoorDash platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Consumer teams to develop and test hypotheses for new solutions
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to run experiments and scale initiatives aimed at improving merchant experience and growing sales
- Capture the voice of merchants in all aspects of the business, focusing on growth, onboarding, operations, product, and strategy
- Operate at a detailed level to identify customer needs, engage regularly, and drive step-change improvements for DoorDash customers

- Experienced professional with 5-8 years in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, or technology, preferably in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data to understand and solve complex problems
- Proven track record of leading teams, inspiring followership, and driving action to create innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics into clear summaries for stakeholders at all levels
- Results-oriented individual with an ownership mentality, able to think critically and strategically to drive future growth
