- Collaborate with various teams such as Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to develop and implement growth strategies for Merchants
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data, engage with Merchants, and test hypotheses in the market to develop innovative solutions
- Drive step-change improvements for Merchants through regular engagement and detailed problem-solving

- Experienced professional with 5-8 years in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, or technology, preferably with high-growth or early-stage startup experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data to understand and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex topics for stakeholders at all levels
- Ownership mentality with a focus on problem-solving using first principles and driving action to create future solutions
