✨ About The Role
- Own critical data systems supporting multiple products/teams and develop best practices for data infrastructure and automation
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale, high-performance data models and pipelines for Data Lake and Data Warehouse
- Improve reliability and scalability of Ingestion, data processing, ETLs, Reporting tools, and data ecosystem services
- Manage a portfolio of data products delivering high-quality, trustworthy data and support other engineers as they join the team
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced technical leader with a minimum of 5-8 years in data platform and data engineering roles, leading multiple projects successfully
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python/Kotlin/Scala and ETL orchestration tools like Airflow
- Strong expertise in database fundamentals, SQL, data reliability practices, and distributed computing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, and able to think strategically to analyze market and consumer information
