- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive suite of developer tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to elevate productivity, code quality, and the development experience
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, translating these into effective and innovative tooling solutions
- Develop streamlined workflows, automated build systems, efficient code review processes, and robust alerting and observability mechanisms to enhance team productivity and collaboration
- Advocate and nurture a transparent engineering culture, actively participating in open design reviews and collaborative idea refinement
- Stay abreast of industry trends in developer tooling, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing the development ecosystem
âš¡ Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in software development, with a strong emphasis on developer tooling and enhancing the development experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in working with diverse teams
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective developer tools, workflows, and infrastructure
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
