✨ About The Role
- The GTM Talent Partner will be the first recruiter on the ground in the US for Encord, responsible for building out the commercial function
- Partner with co-founders and senior GTM leadership to bring in top talent for Sales, Growth/Marketing, and Customer Success roles
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from sourcing to close, focusing on finding the best-fit candidates for each role

- Experienced recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in executive search, recruiting within startups or corporate environments, or on sales teams
- Proven track record of finding top talent through creative outbound campaigns and A/B testing job specs
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the hiring process
- Ability to connect with top talent and guide them through the hiring process successfully
