- Drive platform growth through self-serve solutions for low-touch customers
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in leading and scaling B2B SaaS sales teams, preferably in a Series A/B-stage startup environment
- Demonstrated success in growing ARR through strategic sales initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data for performance evaluation and forecasting
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and drive processes forward efficiently
- Passionate about accelerating the energy transition and empathetic towards team members and customers
