- Learn and understand all aspects of how portfolio carriers operate their business
- Educate carriers on EXO Freight's carrier-facing tools to help them remain engaged
- Become an EXO TMS expert and provide engaging demos to carriers
- Proactively bring new lane opportunities to carriers consistently
