⚡ Requirements
- Experienced backend engineer with a strong background in improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency of mission-critical services
- Proficient in k8s, Go, and familiar with tech stack including GCP/GKE, Linux, Docker, Ruby/Rails, Redis, ffmpeg
- Curious and pragmatic individual with a focus on delivering results and driving innovation
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, explain complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences, and manage workload independently
- Resilient problem-solver with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
