- Responsible for engaging with leads through Zendesk chatbots and email marketing to turn incoming leads into paying customers
- Focus on increasing sales by creating processes for inbound sales, including email communication and sales scripts
- Track sales, optimize processes, and talk to leads through chatbots, emails, and meetings with potential clients
- Collaborate with the team to streamline bookkeeping, tax filings, legal compliance, and integrate with growth tools to help clients grow their businesses

- Experienced in sales roles, particularly in SaaS startups, with a background in Customer Support, Inbound, or SDR
- Possesses 5+ years of startup experience and is based in Nigeria with proven English proficiency
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in BBA or related field and has experience working with diverse teams and clients
- Proficient in Excel and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Ideally has worked at a startup before, selling B2B services, preferably at a SaaS company
