- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8-11 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems engineering is essential.
- The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols, including IGA, RBAC, MFA, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, and OAuth.
- Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, particularly Okta and directory services, is required.
- The successful individual will have scripting and automation experience to streamline processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills are crucial for addressing complex challenges.
