✨ About The Role
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization environments
- Develop and implement system configurations, standards, and procedures to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, manage system backups, disaster recovery planning, and security measures
- Serve as the IT Support technical liaison between cross-functional partner teams and departments, assisting in preparing Ticket Status reports and continuously improving IT infrastructure and systems
âš¡ Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies
- Proficiency in server administration, virtualization platforms, cloud computing, and operating systems
- Experience managing Mobile Device Management systems and Full Lifecycle Asset Management programs
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles
